About Us

A licensed real estate consultant, Investor and certified real estate instructor in VA & FL for 25 years, Sharon Ryan the president and founder of Contractor Connection FL. LLC has worked with hundreds of contractors in her career.  New construction, remodeling, home renovations, outdoor space such as decks, pools. gazebos, patios, landscaping etc...

Over the years she experienced time and again work that was not top quality, delayed or left unfinished. Contractors were often paid for a job and took deposits and customers were left unsatisfied and frustrated.

 

She saw the need and had the vision of starting a company to take the guesswork out of finding the right contractor who was professional dependable and produced quality work, where customers are taken care of properly, the work is completed in a timely manner, no add on fees that were not agreed to in writing and the final work exceeds the customers expectations. Not all contractors are licensed, insured and reputable.
